What is your return policy?

We accept returns for a refund up to 30 days from delivery of your order.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. 

How can I return my order?

Visit the "start a retun" tab at the bottom of the page and follow the steps provided.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. 

How can I cancel my order?

We are unable to to cancel an order once placed.

What if I need to edit my order?

Please contact me at demi@liliaswim.com asap so I can assist you. I cannot guarantee I can update your order.  

How should I wash my swimsuit?

Hand wash swimsuits in cold water with a gentle soap and lay flat to dry. 

Always rinse your suit after swimming in a pool or ocean to help prevent fading. 

Are your swimsuits ethically made and eco-friendly?

Yes, our swimsuits are made with recycled fabrics and are handmade in Bali, Indonesia. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies such as American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
