Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of your order being delivered for a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days from delivery to process your refund.  

Exchanges are not available. If you need a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached in it's original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines. 

To maintain quality standards and protect against damaged returns, we require a two-step return approval process:

1. Initial Approval – Customers must first request a return and receive initial approval before shipping any items back to us. 

2. Final Approval Upon Receipt – Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached. 

If your return is accepted after final approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will provide you with a shipping label to return damaged/wrong swimwear for an exchange of the same/correct swimsuit. 

Refunds will be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

 

Cancellations

We are unable to to cancel or alter an order once placed.
